NewsPro provides a cloud-based content management platform that allows users to create and manage news websites. The Service includes website hosting, content management tools, AI-assisted content creation, analytics, and related features.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You may create multiple sites under one account, each with its own subscription.

4. Billing and Payments

Each site operates on a separate subscription. Billing is handled through our payment processor (Paddle). Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time, and your site will remain active until the end of your billing period.

5. Content

You retain ownership of all content you create on the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: publish illegal content, distribute malware, send spam, harass others, infringe intellectual property, or engage in any activity that could harm the Service or other users.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your site remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, the site is suspended and data is preserved for 30 days. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions.

8. Data and Privacy

We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Each site's data is stored in an isolated database. We do not sell your data to third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
