We want you to be completely satisfied with NewsPro. If you're not happy with your subscription for any reason, we offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase - no questions asked. The refund is processed automatically when you cancel from your customer portal.
How to Get a Refund
Simply cancel your subscription from your customer portal within 14 days of payment. The refund is issued automatically to your card - no need to contact us.

Refund Eligibility
- New subscriptions: Eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase date.
- Renewals: Eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the renewal charge date.
- Upgrades: If you upgrade your plan and are not satisfied, the 14-day guarantee applies from the date of the upgrade.
Refund Process
Once you cancel within the eligible window:
- The refund is processed automatically to your credit card.
- Processing typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your bank.
- You will receive a confirmation with the refund authorization number.
After a Refund
- Your site will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- After that, the site will be suspended and your data preserved for 30 days.
- You can reactivate your site at any time within the 30-day preservation window.
- You may export your content at any time before or during the preservation period.
Free Trial
Every new site includes a free trial period. During the trial, you have full access to all features. No payment is charged during the trial, and you can cancel at any time without being billed.
Exceptions
Refunds are not available for:
- Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Subscription charges older than 14 days
