We want you to be completely satisfied with NewsPro. If you're not happy with your subscription for any reason, we offer a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase — no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply contact our team through one of the following channels:

Please include your account email address and the site name you'd like refunded.
Refund Eligibility
- New subscriptions: Eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase date.
- Renewals: Refund requests for renewal charges must be submitted within 7 days of the renewal date.
- Upgrades: If you upgrade your plan and are not satisfied, the 30-day guarantee applies from the date of the upgrade.
Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor and merchant of record.
- The refund will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
After a Refund
- Your site will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- After that, the site will be suspended and your data preserved for 30 days.
- You can reactivate your site at any time within the 30-day preservation window.
- You may export your content at any time before or during the preservation period.
Free Trial
Every new site includes a free trial period. During the trial, you have full access to all features. No payment is charged during the trial, and you can cancel at any time without being billed.
Exceptions
Refunds are not available for:
- Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Subscription charges older than 30 days (initial) or 7 days (renewal)
