After a Refund

• Your site will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

• You can reactivate your site at any time within the 30-day preservation window.
• You may export your content at any time before or during the preservation period.

Free Trial

Each new customer can start one 14-day free trial on the plan they choose. A card is required to start the trial, but nothing is charged today: we place a $1 verification authorization on your card and cancel it immediately. Additional sites are paid from the day they are created.

Your first payment for the plan you chose is charged automatically when the trial ends. We email you a reminder 7 and 3 days before the charge, and you can cancel the trial from your dashboard (Cancel trial) at any time before then at no cost. The first charge is covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee above.

Exceptions

Refunds are not available for:

• Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
• Subscription charges older than 30 days
